Slatta National School Roscommon Ireland

Our School is in Slatta, Kilglass, Co. Roscommon. Slatta school opened in 1891. It is five miles from Roosky, six miles from Strokestown and four miles from Scramogue. There is a shop and a church just down the road from the school. Our principal, Mr. Kelly teaches the senior end of the school and Ms. Kilgallon teaches the junior end. We also have a shared learning support teacher who visits three times a week.

We also have a playschool in the school building. They have lots of toys and their teacher is Triona McGuire.
